To bring together all indigenes of Ogbona either by birth or affiliation and galvanize resources needed for the development of Ogbona and also to unite and show solidarity to members.
To provide infrastructure and amenities to Ogbona that will enhance, uplift, and enrich the lives of the people.
To collaborate with other Ogbona indigenes and friends of Ogbona at home and abroad to find solutions to the problems affecting our people in the areas of
1. Education, health, amenities, infrastructure, security, small scale industries, improved farming methods including better seedlings and other aspects of life.
2. To show solidarity with Members and friends of the Organization and accord respect, honor and reward to those that so deserve.
3. To unite and serves as cultural melting pot for all Ogbona Diaspora in North and South America irrespective political, religion and professional Standing and affiliation.
4. To be non-partisan in political matters but help to educate all Ogbona indigenes and residents on best practices while working with all officials and leaders for the development of the community.
The Ogbona Diaspora in the Americas Corp. is a Cultural/Charitable Organization formed in August 2022, by Ogbona indigenes in North and South America.
The association is registered with the Massachusetts Secretary of State as a nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization with its registered office in Stoughton Massachusetts, USA.
Our main objective is to galvanize both human and material resources for the development of Ogbona community while serving as a meeting point for all indigenes and Friends of Ogbona in the regions mentioned, irrespective of political, religious, and professional standing or affiliations.
Currently, Ogbona Diaspora in the Americas has over 40 associates in its WhatsApp forum. Majority of these associates live in the United States and Canada. The Organization also welcome Ogbona Diasporas in other part of the World who wish to Associate with them.
